One-on-One Training

One-on-one, personalized training conducted in your home or apartment, or in your community’s on-site fitness room if available.

Each session may include:

  • Progressive strength training (especially lower body and core)
  • Balance and stability work
  • Mobility for daily activities
  • Coordination and posture training

Beyond Physical Therapy

For clients transitioning out of PT or OT, we provide continued strength and mobility training to maintain progress and prevent regression.

We complement medical care — we do not replace it.

I am 84. I fell almost a year ago and broke my femur. After surgery I spent 98 days in Rehab followed by 4-1/2 months of PT. A friend introduced me to Tristan.
